4. Location Data
The Service collects precise location data from service providers during active dispatches and from fleet managers when submitting breakdown requests. Location data is used to facilitate dispatch matching, provide real-time tracking, and calculate distances. You may disable location services on your device, but this will limit the functionality of the Service.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Transaction records and invoices are retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting support@uptimefleetrescue.com. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, regular security audits, and secure cloud infrastructure.
